One of my favourite places to find planning inspiration and ideas is from bullet journal blogs. There are so many blogs that talk about bullet journaling, but I wanted to take today to share with you my favourite bullet journal blogs (for one reason or another) right now! Being able to see so many different ideas and ways of journal is really beneficial, I always love to tweak ideas I’ve found to work for me. There are just so many different ways to bullet journal! I hope you find a method that works for you from one of the blogs below.
My Top 10 Bullet Journal Blogs in 2018
I have to start my list with the official blog for Ryder Carroll’s original bullet journal method. If you are just starting out or looking to streamline your journal process I HIGHLY recommend starting at this site. It cuts everything in bullet journaling back to basics and it really does help if you’re feeling overwhelmed by all of the things you’re seeing on pinterest or instagram.
Kara is one of the original people to have brought bullet journaling to all of us. When I first started out I looked to her for tons of inspiration – and I still do! She is extremely relatable, and has so many useful tutorials on her website, through her many facebook groups, and on her youtube channel. I’m also starting to dip my toes into digital planning (let me know if you’d like posts on that) and she’s been basically the number one source behind that inspiration.
Shelby has some of the most creative and beautiful spreads I have seen thus far. She provided a lot of the inspiration for me to start journaling, and to start this blog in the first place. I absolutely love her watercolour journal – go and have a peek on her blog!
Rachel’s blog posts are so real, and if you are looking for time management tips for your bullet journal she’s your gal. Reading through her blog I’m constantly reminded that my bullet journal doesn’t have to be perfect – after all, my journal is for me and no one else!
Elizabeth’s blog is always choc full of original content – you can expect several new posts a week. Her posts involving bullet journaling always provide me with inspiration – and she also has a ton of posts surrounding self-care and positive living, which are always a good reminder to take care of yourself and live with meaning.
Megan is another staple in the community of bullet journal blogs. She includes tons of layout ideas, and tutorials that you’ll want to try immediately!
Pam’s blog is the go to place if you’re wavering around which journal to buy, or supplies to use. She provides incredibly in-depth reviews of journaling products – sure to make your shopping decisions easier!
Erin is my go to if I’m struggling for layout ideas or theme ideas – she shows me that it’s possible to be creative in your journal and still be productive and get stuff done!
Cristina has so many free printables and ideas on her blog. She also has an amazing marker storage tutorial using foam board that anyone could do – I attempted it one afternoon and now have great pen storage, even better because I didn’t have to spend tons of money purchasing something that was preassembled.
Jenniffer provides lots of in depth tutorials and printables on her site. She is also talking about digital planning, which as I mentioned above is something I’m really interested in right now!
Those are the 10 blogs that I get a lot of my journaling inspiration from. Did I miss one of your favourites? Let me know below in the comments!
