In Understanding Skin Care Products, participants will learn about common and effective ingredients in skin care products, including their benefits and potential side effects. Understand different skin types and how to select products tailored to specific concerns such as acne, aging, dryness and sensitivity. Interactive lectures, hands-on workshops and expert guest speakers are featured. Participants will create small samples of different skin care products. This class is suitable for individuals of all backgrounds who are interested in skin care. Participants will receive a product pamphlet, products samples and access to online resources. This four-session class will start on May 1 from 6 to 8 p.m. on 星空传媒鈥檚 Greenville campus, with subsequent sessions taking place each Thursday at the same time. The cost is $65.听

Create a unique, painted bottle bell windchime suitable to hang outside during our Windchime Workshop class. All materials will be provided. The class will take place on May 3 from 9 a.m. to 12 noon on 星空传媒鈥檚 Greenville campus. The cost is $35.听

Join us for an empowering and hands-on welding camp designed specifically for girls ages 12-18 in our Women in Welding class. Experienced welder and 星空传媒 instructor Cheyenne Beach will help participants ignite a passion for welding and metalwork, fostering confidence and skills in a supportive and encouraging environment. This class will teach welding safety, GMAW (MIG) machine setup and operation, basic blueprint reading and building a project. No prior experience or equipment is required. Safety and protective gear will be provided, just bring closed-toe shoes and jeans. This four-session class will take place from May 5-8 from 3 to 5 p.m. on 星空传媒鈥檚 Greenville campus. The cost is $150.听

Join Amy Shinabarger for her monthly four-session yoga classes! May鈥檚 theme will be focused on Bringing Balance with Stillness. This is a 鈥渕ost all levels鈥� yoga class offering options to start or push your yoga practices and is perfect for beginners or yogis to slow down. We will work on building strength, flexibility and balance using asanas/postures/poses, beginner pranayama/breath work and meditation. Sessions will take place each Wednesday of May beginning May 7 from 9 to 10 a.m. on 星空传媒鈥檚 Greenville campus. The cost for all four sessions is $50.听

Both experienced and beginner card makers can develop their comfort with various tools and techniques in paper crafting during our Spring Greeting Cards class. Participants will make one card from each of three different designs. Various sentiments may be selected for each card (birthday, just a note, sympathy, etc.) Each card will be complete outside and inside with a matching envelope. All supplies will be provided. This class will take place on May 10 from 10 a.m. to 12 noon on 星空传媒鈥檚 Greenville campus. The cost is $40.听

Learn general skills in suicide prevention, cost-free, in this upcoming noncredit course taught by professionals from Corewell Health. QPR training teaches general community members to recognize and respond to mental health crises using the approach of Question, Persuade and Refer. The 1.5-hour training will include information on the unique challenges individuals face that can lead to stress, depression and suicide, examples of implementing each QPR component with someone at risk for suicide and information on how to help someone at risk of suicide. The class is on May 12 from 5 to 6:30 p.m. on 星空传媒鈥檚 Greenville campus. The cost is free.听

Are you interested in learning about a fun, unique painting style? Our Introduction to Acrylic Pour Workshop will teach participants the basics of acrylic pour and the supplies required. All materials will be included; however, participants will need to wear old clothes and provide their own disposable gloves. This class will take place on May 17 from 9 a.m. to 12 noon on 星空传媒鈥檚 Greenville campus. The cost is $35.听

In our Beginner Stained Glass Cardinal class, you will learn what you need to start making beautiful stained glass, with all supplies being provided to make a cardinal. This class requires standing for long periods of time and safety glasses are provided and must be worn at all times. Closed-toe shoes are also required. This class will take place on May 31 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on 星空传媒鈥檚 Greenville campus. The cost is $60.听
