Call-in or walk-in advising sessions are available for ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ students.Ìý They are intended to be brief meetings with an ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ counselor or advisor to answer specific questions regarding courses. For a virtual appointment please call (989) 328-1264 to add your name to the list, during the times below, and when it is your turn, a counselor or advisor will call you back. For best assistance, please remain near a computer.Ìý Microsoft Teams can be accessed through login.montcalm.edu and may enhance the advising session. For in-person assistance, please check in at the Student Success Center in the Administration building. The queue order will be followed, regardless of location. There may be extensive wait times.ÌýÌý Scheduled registration times are as follows:

• April 30 and May 1 - 9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
• May 6 and 7 - 9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
• May 9 - 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
• May 12 and 13 - 9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
• May 15 - 9 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

Preference may be given to those seeking guidance for summer courses. Appointments are also available for those inquiring about fall courses. To make an appointment please call (989) 328-1264.Ìý

Students may add in-person courses only up to the time of the first class meeting. Online and open lab classes may be added until June 2, at midnight. Please check the start date of the classes you are interested in. If you receive financial aid, please talk to the Financial Aid office before meeting with a counselor or advisor to make sure you have funding in place for payment.
