Students must be employed and sponsored by their employer and a training agreement must be set up between the employer, the employee, and the Bureau of Apprenticeship and Training. ÐÇ¿Õ´«Ã½ coordinates the training plan and provides related instruction. Each semester usually includes one to three courses of apprenticeship-related instruction. A competency examination or official transcript may result in a waiver of a required course. The employer establishes entrance requirements that are in accordance with the Bureau of Apprenticeship and Training standards. Continuation in the job training program depends on employment status and achievement levels.
