Bullet Journal Instagram, Inspiration, Bullet Journal Ideas

When I first started bullet journaling I had no clue about the community that existed outside of Pinterest. Yes, Pinterest has a ton of ideas – but the hidden gem for bullet journal/planner inspiration has got to be Instagram. If you’re stuck for ideas search one of the hundreds of bullet journal related hashtags, and you’ll be sure to find an idea there somewhere.

There are so many different styles of bullet journals as well, and it’s so exciting to see them all represented on instagram. From minimal and greyscale, to bright and colourful, you’re sure to find a niche that speaks to you. I follow a couple hundred instagram accounts related to bullet journaling (you can find my account here). They all provide so much inspiration to me on a daily basis. I would LOVE to feature them all here, but that would make for a painfully long post – so I’ve selected 10 that I want to mention today for one reason or another.

1. @bulletwithchristine

Christine creates flawless, beautiful, colourful spreads! She makes me want to use ALL the colours when creating my pages. Her photography and flat lay skills are also on point!

2. ย @Cherylsbujo

Cheryl’s bullet journal illustrates all the amazing ways we can use pastel colours! I love her spreads because they show that your journal can be beautiful and practical. I’ve also always gotta support my fellow Canadians!

3. @paperalohaย

I am in awe of Hana’s intricate flower drawings – it would seriously take me a day to do something half that good! They also make me want to take a trip to Hawaii asap, it’s still rainy and under 10 degrees here, so I’m in some desperate need of some sun. Also her hand lettering? Girl come on. Beautiful!

4. @crafter.pillar

Another Canadian bullet journal account! She has such cute doodles and I love the consistency with her colours and themes – her account is beautiful!

5. @stationerynerd.blog

I always learn so much from Pam’s posts (especially the accompanying blog posts), and she shows how practical bullet journaling can really be. She shows that it’s okay to use more than 1 journal and that stickers can make your planner look stunning – especially if you don’t have time to draw out any designs! Pam’s post comparing 20+ journals based on a handful of characteristics is also super informative – especially if you’re in the market for a new journal.. or 10.

The original quote was "My favourite place is inside your hug", but I made it my own. I have a tendency of sleeping squeezed into my boyfriend's armpit (see last photo) ๐Ÿ˜‚ . Do you prefer the leaves with or without the colour? Thanks to @my.life.in.a.bullet @bonjournal_ @inkbyjeng and @bujoandcookies for inspiration for the different types of leaves! . . . . . #bulletjournal #bujo #bulletjournaling #bulletjournalling #bulletjournaljunkies #bujojunkies #bulletjournalcommunity #bujocommunity #bulletjournallove #bujolove #bulletjournaladdict #bujoaddict #bulletjournalinspiration #bujoinspiration #bujoinspo #bulletjournalnewbie #bujonewbie #bujoinspire #bujoideas #planner #planning #stationery #newbujo #newbulletjournal #scribblesthatmatter #STM #quote
