🎶 It’s the most wonderful time of the year! 🎶 I absolutely LOVE December. I love the snow, the holidays, the lights, everything. December is also my birthday month, so it’s always so busy! It was so much fun setting up my bullet journal for December – keep reading to see what I’ve included!
December Bullet Journal Setup
Month @ a Glance
I took inspiration for this monthly page from some photos on Pinterest, I liked the look of the horizontal calendar (more in line with how Ryder Carrol usees his journal). I’ve also included a spot for notes.
For my mood tracker this month I’m using snowflakes! Since I used a lot of reds and greens in my holiday planning spreads I wanted to use cool blues for December; those colours always remind me of winter. I’m looking forward to how the page looks when the month is over!
I saw this idea for a habit tracker on Pinterest, I like the idea of filling in a circle each day – I prefer this look over the boxes I think. Let’s see how I do on my habits for December!
I’ve started using cash envelopes, I fell down a Youtube rabbit hole of budgeting videos, and I stumbled on Alyssa Herbert’s channel. She uses a zero-based budget, and cash envelopes, and sets up her budget similar to this! I’ve already been more conscious of my spending since starting this, let’s see how much I can save!
Lastly, I’ve included an expense tracker – this is a good way to make sure that I stay on budget, and can see where my money is going. With it being December I know it’s going to be an expensive month – I want to stay on track!
