Habit tracker ideas, bullet journal habit tracker, things to track, bullet journal collection

If you’ve heard of bullet journaling, you’ve likely heard of habit trackers. You’ve also likely seen lists on Pinterest of hundreds of different habit tracker ideas. Habit trackers have evolved so much – there are tons of different things that people track.  You also have the flexibility of creating them as a daily, weekly, or monthly page. No matter how you plan, if you’re looking for insight in to your planner you can make them work!

It can sometimes be difficult to come up with things you want to track – ideally you would be tracking things relevant to your goals. For example, if my goal was to lose weight I could be tracking “no junk food”, “exercise”, “drank enough water”, or “hit my step goal.” If your habit track revolves around your goals you’ll be more likely to succeed! I also don’t think that tracking things you are already doing (or not doing) successfully is particularly relevant – unless you think that you will somehow fall off the wagon. For example, I rarely drink; so, tracking how often I drink isn’t beneficial to me in the long run as I know it’s a non-issue, and it’s not a habit I’m concerned with.

Now lets jump in to my master list of habit tracker ideas!
