Some days you might only be able to get out of bed and move to the couch – and that’s okay! I’ve had days like that, I’m still having days like that, and I have learnt to listen to my body when it says “hey, I need to lay on the couch all day and eat chips.” That is OKAY! Other days you may want to open all the windows in your home, and get shit done.
